Pricing

Every 45 minute photo session or small event comes with a high-resolution, color corrected disc of printable images.

Photography Session at Brezina Woods Forest Preserve is $65.  Here is a link to a session done at Brezina

Photography at a place of your choice is $65 plus travel cost ($1/mile)*

Small events are $75/hour plus travel cost ($1/mile)*

*An example – if you want pictures at home, and you live 10 miles from Broadview, Illinois, the travel cost will be an extra $10.  This doesn’t include any extra parking cost if applicable.

Are you wondering how I can charge so little?  The solution is that I shamelessly cut overhead costs.

I don’t have a fancy website, business cards, an expensive marketing campaign, pretty packaging, or provide props and backdrops.  I don’t use time or money trying to be a super stylish photographer with a cute photography bag.  I shop at goodwill and may show up to the session without make-up on.  The entire cost of the session goes into the product.  Once you have the disc of pictures, I don’t keep a back-up because that takes more time and I would need a bigger computer.

My hope is that the average family can afford to hire me multiple times a year (a portrait session and a few lifestyle sessions or birthday party) and that we can build a long-term relationship.

Well said. I love your philosophy. Sure wish Corvallis, Oregon were within 30 min of Broadview, Illinois for several reasons including having you take pictures for us!
